Lev to Lev Conversations (formerly Community Conversations) provide a unique take on the MenschGroups model, allowing men to explore and reflect, through their emotions and values – and be heard – to receive and give without judgment.

We live in challenging times. For those of us with family members who face mental health issues, we have our own personal difficulties that often go unaddressed or unheard.
Menschwork’s Lev to Lev (Heart to Heart) online meetings offer support by providing a listening, non-judgmental ear. This is an opportunity to speak with a community of caring Brothers who can offer words of solace, listen compassionately, share common experiences, or provide the support you may be looking for.
If all you want is to be heard, Lev to Lev is the place. It will always involve heartfelt, confidential, and deep listening.
The gathering provides a unique take on the MenschGroups model, allowing men to explore and reflect, through their emotions and values – and be heard – to receive and give without judgment.

Thursday, June 10, 2025
The situation in Gaza and Israel has brought pain and anguish to many of us and has caused great discord in some of our closest relationships. The differences in views are myriad and are an agonizing conflict for many of us. If you are feeling this pain with family or friends and would like the opportunity to discuss this with other Brothers, we invite you to join Menschwork’s next Community
The gatherings will provide a unique take on the MenschGroups model, allowing men to explore and reflect, through their emotions and values – and be heard – to receive and give without judgment. Over the two gatherings, men will have an opportunity to share our feelings about how this conflict is affecting our relationships and discuss strategies for healing.
Menschwork’s Festival of Lights
Share the light of Compassion, Integrity, Spirit and Freedom with your Menschwork brothers and their families on Zoom, as we share the warmth from lighting our families’ menorahs together.
Don’t forget, this is the 5th night of Hanukah — an auspicious time for Jewish men to gather for our Menschwork Community’s 1st annual Festival of Light.

The whirlwind of local, national, and global events over the past months presents challenges that have left many of us feeling a myriad of emotions. Facilitated by a skilled team, these drop-in MenschGroups gatherings allow men to interact with fellow men about their emotions & experiences, in Menschwork fashion – without judgment, with confidentiality, and with respect.
The gatherings will provide a unique take on the MenschGroups model, allowing men to explore and reflect, through their emotions and values – and be heard – to receive and give without judgment. Over the two gatherings, we will also consider developing strategies for promoting fulfilling, generous living amid such profound transitions and challenges.

What Our Hearts Are Saying
A two part conversation, by Zoom, about Antisemitism and the war in Israel and Gaza.
Prior to Passover, the Wisdom Council shared our acknowledgement of the impact that the war in Israel and Gaza, and the increase in antisemitic incidents, may be creating a difficult period for you, and the people in your life. In that e-mall, we noted we will be offering different opportunities for men to come together to explore their reactions, how these events might be challenging your values, and what, if anything, you might do as a mensch.
Thursday, May 30, 2024: An opportunity to explore what our hearts are saying and how Jewish wisdom can help guide us in the struggles of the heart.
Wednesday, June 5, 2024: An opportunity to explore how we might shift away from our hardened hearts and how we might take a first step towards compassionate conversations.
